Moovflex is a digital platform that allows users to book sports and wellness activities with local professionals in Portugal, in a simple, secure, and 100% online way.
+ 2. Who can use Moovflex?
Any person over the age of 18 may create an account. Minors may only participate in activities with the authorisation and supervision of a legal guardian.
+ 3. How does booking an activity work?
The process is simple: choose the activity, set the location and time, make the payment through the platform, and receive immediate confirmation.
+ 4. Do I have to pay at the time of booking?
Yes. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation through the Moovflex platform.
+ 5. Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Moovflex offers a clear cancellation policy:
– Up to 72h before the activity → full refund;
– Between 72h and 24h → 50% refund;
– Less than 24h or no-show → no refund.
+ 6. How do I receive a refund in case of cancellation?
The refund is processed automatically through the same payment method used for the booking. The refund timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.
+ 7. What happens if I do not show up for the activity?
Absence without prior notice (no-show) is considered a cancellation made less than 24h before the activity, and no refund will be issued.
+ 8. Does Moovflex guarantee the quality of professionals?
Moovflex acts as an intermediary. Registered professionals are responsible for the legality, qualifications, and insurance of their activities. We always encourage users to check descriptions and reviews from other users.
+ 9. Is it safe to participate in activities booked through Moovflex?
All activities involve inherent risks related to sports. Moovflex is not responsible for accidents or injuries. Users must ensure they are in adequate health conditions to participate.
+ 10. Do I need insurance to participate in activities?
Insurance is the responsibility of the professional providing the service. However, we recommend that users also have personal accident or travel insurance, especially in a tourism context.
+ 11. Can I book the activity directly with the Professional?
No. All bookings must always be made through the Moovflex platform.
+ 12. Can I choose the instructor’s language?
It depends on the professional’s availability. The professional’s description always indicates the languages in which the activity can be provided.
+ 13. What personal data does Moovflex collect?
Only the data necessary to create an account, process bookings and payments, and improve the user experience are collected. Health data is only processed with your consent.
+ 14. Are there any accessibility requirements for participating in the activities?
Please review the activity description and contact the Professional directly regarding any specific accessibility needs (such as access, equipment, or required adaptations).

The data is used to manage your booking, communicate relevant information, comply with legal obligations, and, if you have consented, send personalised marketing communications. We fully comply with the GDPR.
