Inês is a certified Yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance International (500h) and trained in Swásthya Yoga, dedicate herself to teaching and sharing a practice that unites conscious movement, breath, and self-knowledge.

After years connected to sports and wellness, Inês found in Yoga a complete philosophy of life — a path of balance between body, mind, and soul.

In 2020, Inês founded Bhāva, her Yoga space in Carcavelos, created to inspire transformation, presence, and inner reconnection.

With over a decade of experience, her purpose is to guide each student on the path of awareness — both on and off the mat.
