I’m Alexa, originally from El Salvador and currently based in Ericeira, Portugal. I’m a passionate surfer and certified yoga teacher.
The sessions I guide focus on body awareness and the connection between breath and movement. Depending on your energy and intention, classes can range from restorative and yin practices to strong and dynamic power vinyasa flows. Mobility, alignment, and correct form are always central to my approach.
My goal is to create a space where you can move with intention, build strength, and reconnect with your body.
