Throughout my 11 years of experience, I have seen firsthand that exercise is much more than just moving the body: it is about freeing the mind, decompressing from daily stress, and becoming healthier, happier, and—above all—more capable of facing both physical and personal challenges.
I am a strong believer in functional training, with a heavy emphasis on the core and the fundamental movements of our daily lives: pushing, pulling, locomotion, and stabilization.
