I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach specialized in rugby performance, physical preparation, and personalized training across youth development, high-performance sport, gym-based training, and group classes. I work with athletes aged 7 to 18 in technical, tactical, and motor development programs, and have experience supporting high-performance athletes, club-based strength training, personalized gym coaching, and outdoor HIIT coaching. I am currently the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Agronomia Rugby for the 2025/26 season.
