I’m Pedro, a personal trainer with experience in post-injury training, pregnancy training, mobility development, and body composition goals, including weight loss and muscle gain.

I am a certified Les Mills BodyPump and RPM instructor, and I also teach freestyle modalities such as water aerobics, TRX, HIIT, localized strength training, conditioning, cycling, posture correction, stretching, and GAP.

My approach combines energy, structure, and adaptability to help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve sustainable results.
